Tour 1: Bird Rock Tropicals Nursery

Founded by Pam Koide-Hyatt in 1981, Bird Rock Tropicals is renowned for its extensive collection of tillandsias and other exotic bromeliad plants that you’ll have the opportunity to explore. Lunch will follow in a picturesque garden setting beside the scenic pond.
Tour 2: RainForest Flora Nursery and Residential Garden
SATURday, April 18
Rainforest Flora was founded in 1976 by Jerry Robinson and the late Paul Isley III. Explore a beautiful display of waterfalls pouring from rock walls adorned with many tillandsias. See bromeliads and accessories on display and for sale. After lunch, we will visit an inspiring residential garden in Fountain Valley with metal bromeliad displays created by the owner.
