Terms and conditions
Lottery open to all conference registrants who have paid by January 14, 2026. A random drawing will be held after the close of early bird registration on January 14. One winner will receive a full refund of their previously paid conference registration fee ($395.). The refund is not transferable to other registrants or non-registrants. The refunded amount does not include any paid optional or add-on fees (tours, extra dinner tickets).
Conference Early Bird Registration — $395 per person* (until January 14, 2026)
Three meals are included with your registration:
- Conference Opening Reception with All American Buffet (Wednesday evening)
- Plant Auction with Complimentary Appetizers (Friday evening)
- Keynote Address with plated Banquet Dinner (Saturday evening)

*The registration fee will increase to $425 on January 15, 2026. Please register early to lock in your savings.
Extra dinner tickets for a spouse or guest (non-registrants):
Extra All American Buffet dinner ticket (Wednesday evening Opening Reception) — $150.00
Extra Dinner Banquet ticket (Saturday evening Keynote Presentation) — $125.00

Note: All seats for both tours have sold out. In the event that a few spaces may become available due to cancellations, please add your name to a waiting list (specify which tour you are interested in).
After you register, please reserve your room at the Hilton Hotel. The room rate is $192.00 plus taxes per night.
