Driving to the Hotel
Parking in the hotel garage is available for $20. per day, a discounted rate for attendees. Guests can enter the hotel garage via Hotel Way. Self-parking—no valet service available.
WBC 2026 Venue & Event Locations
Most conference events will be held upstairs at the Banquet 2 level:
Pacific Ballroom for the Plant Show, Bromeliad Sale and Rare Plant Auction.
Emerald Bay rooms for the seminars
On the Lobby level at the Fountain Terrace is the location for the Conference Opening Reception and Welcome Address on Wednesday evening and also for the Conference Commencement cocktail reception, Keynote Address and dinner banquet on Saturday evening.
Bus tours will depart from the Lobby entrance.
